We offer a 180-day limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible products purchased on whcool.net. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

✅ Covered: manufacturing defects under normal use
❌ Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, alterations, or damage caused by washing contrary to care instructions.

If you believe your item has a warranty issue, please contact us at support@whcool.net with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or another reasonable solution.

ℹ️ This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy and does not extend the return window.


🚫 Return Conditions & Non-Returnable Cases

To ensure product quality and hygiene standards, returns may not be accepted under the following conditions:

Returned items must be:
